UTILIZATION

An artisanal and genuine product to be served on croutons or with breadsticks. Eggplant paté is prepared according to the traditional Sicilian recipe. It gives that extra touch to your cold buffet thanks to its originality and taste. We recommend savoring the natural pate on a slice of bread. It goes perfectly with grilled meat, especially accompanied with mixed meat skewers.

PROCESSING

Eggplants are washed manually or in the vegetable washing machine, after they are, first sliced and then cooked in vinegar. Then we move on to the seasoning of the eggplants with the rest of the ingredients and everything is chopped with a blender in order to obtain a soft and velvety mixture. Then we move on to filling the jars manually. The jars, after the addition of oil, are corked and pasteurized.
