UTILIZATION
Appetizing and with an intense and aromatic flavor, they are ready to use. Try them on croutons of bread or as an aperitif.
PROCESSING
They are salted as soon as they are harvested because the cucunci have an extremely bitter taste. At this point they are placed inside a glass container with water and vinegar.
