UTILIZATION

This cream has an intense and typical aroma, a strong and spicy flavor, softened by the taste of extra-virgin olive oil. It is recommended to spread on canapés as an appetizer, in bruschetta with tomato and tasty in combination with tomato sauce. It is used in combination with other sauces in pasta dressing

PROCESSING

Garlic is grown in Nubia, a hamlet of the municipality of Paceco (province of Trapani), where most of the production takes place within the Saline di Trapani and Paceco Integral Nature Reserve. Cultivation takes place on dark, dry and clayey soils. Once the harvest has taken place, the bulb is cut from the stem, after the bulb is crushed to obtain the various cloves that will be peeled through a special "peel-garlic" machine. The cloves will be boiled in water and vinegar and then blended with the gradual insertion of oil and chilli. Subsequently, the potting and closing of the vessels takes place.
