UTILIZATION

Wild fennel cream is a typical delicacy of Sicilian cuisine. Excellent for seasoning especially first courses, especially pasta with sardines or pasta with tuna, it is an ingredient that wraps the dish with taste and in a delicate way.

Fennel is a plant to be used in the kitchen thanks to its organoleptic characteristics and the aroma it gives to the dishes. Much used in antiquity for its beneficial properties, it arises spontaneously on the bumps, on the low hills and along the Sicilian rivers.

PROCESSING

After harvesting and thorough washing, we move on to the grinding of fennel and its preservation in extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil. The preparation of each jar follows the original recipes as required by Sicilian tradition. Only selected natural ingredients and only handmade in respect of quality.
