UTILIZATION

Excellent to spread on bruschetta and to use as a base in the kitchen

PROCESSING

The artichokes are washed and put to drain. After that they are blended with the blender. The dough is, first, seasoned with the remaining ingredients and mixed manually and then put in the jars with the filler. Subsequently, the product is covered with oil, corked and pasteurized.
