FEATURES

PROCESSING

The tuna is browned together with the onion, garlic and parsley in a special pot. Then the tuna is cooked with the sauce and the other ingredients. After cooking everything, still hot, is put inside the jars manually. The jars are corked and sterilized. Hand closure. Pasteurization.
