Cleaning, pinning and manual washing of sardines. Subsequently the sardines, onions and garlic are fried separately. Cooking with sauce, tomato and rest of the ingredients. After cooking comes everything, still hot, put inside the jars manually. The jars are corked and pasteurized. Hand closure
