Sauce ready to season first courses or base to be enriched with other ingredients for condiments with stronger tastes

PROCESSING

The pizzutello tomato, after harvesting, is first washed with a special machine and then boiled in a large container. After boiling, the tomato is drained from the water and after all it is passed in a machine that separates the sauce from the remains. The sauce is seasoned and brought to a boil in a large pot, finally, it is bottled and pasteurized
