UTILIZATION

Each jar contains desalted and ground capers with the addition of extra virgin olive oil, which makes them soft and creamy; a pinch of oregano gives it that extra touch of scent. It is a perfect condiment for first courses, second courses of grilled meat or fish, for canapés and bruschetta.

PROCESSING

The capers are washed and desalted manually and squeezed with the centrifuge. Then they are blended with a special blender. The dough, thus obtained, is seasoned with the rest of the ingredients. Then we move on to filling the jars manually or with a special filler. The jars, after the addition of oil, are corked and pasteurized.
