Excellent to spread on bruschetta
The green olives are washed manually or in the vegetable washing machine and then they are blended with a special blender. The dough, thus obtained, is seasoned with the rest of the ingredients. Then we move on to filling the jars manually or with a special filler. The jars, after the addition of oil, are corked and pasteurized.
